Human Resource & Recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Employees personal data updates.
- Company payroll, on time OT calculation. All types of leaves control. (AL, MC, PL, ML etc).
- Attend to interview for foreign workers recruitment, hostel arrangement and regulation.
- Out of office assignments (Local and Foreign workers)
- Submission of documents to Putrajaya, Shah Alam , JTK, KWSP, SOCSO or other authorities.
- Develop and implements effective human resource strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organisational strategic thinking and direction; aligning human resources objectives with organisational objectives.
- Identify hiring needs, develops the position description, recruitment plan, organisation chart. Oversees division/department accountabilities and operations including talent acquisition, manpower planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention and industrial relations.
- Develop human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analysing results; initiating corrective actions; minimising the impact of variances.
- Accomplish human resource initiatives by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction.
- Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analysing information and applications.
- Guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organisation values.
- Comply with HR laws and regulations by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Assume responsibility of other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Experienced in terms of being a HR generalist.
- Able to handle matters regarding Industrial Relations Law, Employment Act, Trade Union Act.
- Ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions within the organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to organise and manage given tasks independently.
- Able to influence actions and outcomes by being a persuasive communicator.
- Drive the candidate recruitment process and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with University Programmes to execute targeted on-campus events to drive pipeline growth.
- Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analysing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change and seeking out additional responsibilities.
- Problem-solve through challenges, make appropriate decisions and consistently seek out innovative solutions.
- Conduct pre-screening and provide recommends of student attachment and chambering pupil applications prior to review by manager and the Recruitment Partner.
- Work on annual budget with L&D manager.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
