Die Shop / Drawing

Die mould is outsourced to a foreign investment company.

  1. Upon receipt of die, die testing is done.
  2. Extrude sample -> check dimensions and customer’s specifications/requirements
  3. Submit sample together with approval sheet to customer for approval
  4. Production run after customer’s approval.

Hotwork Steel – H13

2 to 3 working days.

  1. Drawing to be signed off as confirmation
  2. Payment of die fabrication
  3. For 5” & 7” die – 2 to 3 working weeks.
  4. For 10” die – 4 to 5 working weeks

1 working week upon receipt of die.

Hollow profile: 250mm x 120mm
Solid profile: 300mm x 100mm

Powder Coating

We have two (2) powder coating lines.

60 – 80 microns

Impact test, bending test and cross cut test.

We work within the below guidelines:

  1. AAMA 2603 – 10 years warranty
  2. AAMA 2604 – 20 to 25 years warranty
  3. AAMA 2605 – 30 years warranty

We can colour match based on your colour swatch or colour spec (RGB, RAL, Pantone)

  1. Lead-time for colour matching – 1 working week
  2. Lead-time for powder – 2 working weeks
  1. Maximum profile width up to 0.35 metres
  2. Maximum profile height up to 1.2 metres
  3. Maximum length up to 7 metres
 
  1. Mill finish – 2 working weeks
  2. Powder coating – Mill finish (+ availability of powder) + 1 working week
  3. Packing and loading for shipment – 1 week
  4. Actual lead time may vary depending on the order volume, powder coating and/or anodising specifications and availability of powder.
  1. Common solid colour – black or white or grey: no MOQ.
  2. Powder not stocked by Superb/supplier – MOQ 100 to 200kgs per colour / order. Lead time: 2 weeks.
  3. Imported powder – MOQ of 200kgs per colour order (that would be approx. for 10MT of material). Lead time: 4 weeks.

We are certified powder coating applicators for DGL (formerly known as Dulux), PPG, Interpon, Jotun, Axalta and Oxyplast.
